staff complete the NDIS Code of Conduct Online Training course to ensure that employees are aware and can inform participants of their rights.

Person Centred care is well followed, and participants are at the centre of decision-making processes. Consent forms are in place, these will identify if Participant wishes to engage family, friends, or guardians.

on-boarding staff inform the participants of what information is collected, how they can access their information and why

collects it. This is completed in the language, mode of communication and terms that the customers are likely to understand; and confirmation is acknowledged in the NDIS Service Agreement. If required, interpreter services are utilised.
